Fuck Marry Kill is a hypothetical parlour game for adults, offered purely for entertainment. The site is intended for players aged 18 and over. Nothing here is advice, a statement of fact about any person, or an invitation to act on a pick.

The people who appear in the game are public figures included in a fictional, satirical context. The site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by anyone shown. Photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are either in the public domain or used under Creative Commons licenses; the author, license and source of each one are listed on the photo credits page.

Don’t abuse the service: no automated traffic, no attempts to flood rounds, manipulate the leaderboards, or use share links to mislead or harass people. We may block traffic that does.

Rounds you share are kept for 30 days and then deleted (see the privacy policy). Don’t rely on a share link as permanent storage of anything.

The game is free to play. Plus is an optional subscription for $5.99/month, billed through Stripe from the day you subscribe and renewed every month until you cancel. It removes the daily limit on Random, Pop Stars, Models, Sports, K-Pop, TV and Influencers (without it you get 3 free rounds a day in each) and adds your personal stats. Every other category is free and unlimited for everyone.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account page. Plus then stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew. Payments aren’t refunded, except where the law says they must be.

Starting straight away. Plus starts as soon as you subscribe. If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for a digital service. By asking for Plus to start immediately, which checkout asks you to confirm, you agree that you lose that right once it has started. You can still cancel at any time to stop it renewing.

Changes. If the price changes, we’ll tell you before it applies to a renewal, so you can cancel first. We may change the free limits.

Your account. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you: keep it secure. Plus and accounts on this site are separate from our sister site’s; a subscription here doesn’t carry over.

The site, including Plus, is provided “as is”, with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Fuck Marry Kill is run by Formfield, a business in the Netherlands, and these terms are an agreement between you and Formfield. For questions or complaints, including about Plus, email formfieldformfield@pm.me.
